Normally I don't respond to these type of e-mails, as I don't think a response is usually expected.
In this case however, I do want to say how happy I am with the service that we receive from Georgian Pontiac.  This is my first Pontiac, I typically have purchased Chevy products (my father is a retired GM employee and brother-in-law is in sales, formerly for a Chevrolet dealership and more recently for a Pontiac dealership).   With the Chevy products I have taken my vehicles to Paul Sadlon and in comparison, I have been thrilled with the difference in the level of customer service that I receive from Georgian.  I work in the customer service field and truly appreciate the focus that your organization puts on it.

Thank you for your note - to say I was completely satisfied is an understatement.

Yesterday morning I was nearly in an accident and ran over a curb to avoid being broadsided.  This resulted in a blown front tire and a bent rim.  Being as I work in Toronto and was concerned with a highway trip home on the small tire, I call a local GM dealership listed under the Pontiac brand.  The parts folks were nice enough, but they did not have a rim or a tire.  Searching the warehouse located a rim, but not a tire.  They suggested I locate a tire myself.  His next question was if I was an existing customer of the dealership to which I said no.  He suggested I contact my dealership as they may have in stock what I needed.  This I did.

I called the 1-800 number and reached service and this conversation went much better. The young lady on the phone asked the right questions, had my information and also had both the tire and rim in stock.  She asked when I would be there, my coming from Toronto, and said that to minimize my wait, they would have it mounted and balanced ahead of time to minimize my wait.  I told her I could give her my credit card which she did not accept.  She said, pay for it when you get here.

I arrived early and worked with Tim, my assigned service adviser and although I was early he took care of it right away - 20 minutes later I was back in business.

My wife and I continue to be COMPLETELY SATISFIED with our service at Georgian!  It is one of the main reasons we continue to return not only to the service department but also to the sales department.  From Bob Gill to John Haines our service experience has always been exemplary and trustworthy so we continue to travel to Georgian from out of town when there are at least three other GM dealers closer to our residence.

Good morning Mr. Welsh, the service that I received yesterday was very good. I was impressed with the professionalism exhibited by Tim Green the service advisor whom I dealt with. My service experience was a very good one and as a result I have no doubts we will continue to have my wife's G6 serviced by Georgian. In today's times many people find fault or criticism in everything they purchase and life in general.

We are just the opposite. We purchased a 2007 G5 in Dec. of 2008 and Tyler Sage was our sales person. Just recently we had to purchase a new car and were torn between Ford or GM. Ford was offering 0% but you had Discounts and Tyler Sage. I called Tyler to see about the 2010 Vibe because of his Professionalism during our first transaction with Georgian Pontiac. He pointed out all the excellent qualities that the Vibe had, the optional equipment various ones had, with our colour preferences. This was all done over the phone. He even called back to say he had a 2009 Vibe with all the options we were interested in, the discounts and the price.

We drove over from Haliburton and test drove the Vibe. It handled like a dream and we left to consider our options. Tyler promptly returned my phone calls to the many questions we had. We purchased the 2010 Vibe over the Ford {even though the Ford was probably a better cost value} because of Tyler Sage. He has a very professional manner, is well versed in the products you sell, was very considerate of what we could afford and explained every feature and option that the car had on it, including OnStar and the setup.

Again I would like to say that the purchase from Georgian wasn't because of GM, Georgian, discounts etc. it was because of your Salesman Tyler Sage. We felt so comfortable with him and will continue to purchase vehicles as required from your Dealership Because of Tyler.

You should be very proud of him and we feel so good about our purchase that we are recommending him to anyone that wishes to purchase a vehicle.

I called Monday at 8:30, Larry from service drove my truck at about 9:00 and thought it was a wheel bearing, I waited 1 minute for your shuttle that took me back to my office, they e-mailed me at noon to say my truck was done.

I neglected to answer your correspondence,it is an error on my part.... I have never had any difficult relationships with the workmanship of the personnel at Georgian Pontiac, matter-of-factly in the years of my being a customer (client) nothing but the best responses have always been active or re-active with me. I find the qualifications of the employees that I have dealt with over the years to exemplary in all occassions, and yes I have had queries from General Motors several times about the findings  and or repairs as needed from time to time,and all my replies have certainly been honest and above board as to the top notch services conferred to me and to my automobile. Georgian Pontiac is a stand out TOP PERFORMANCE SERVICE CENTRE in the General Motors Network,and this will always be my commitment to General Motors Via Georgian Pontiac,
