Vehicle Technician

1. Completion of a four-year automotive service technician apprenticeship program. Interprovincial Red Seal Certification would be considered an asset.
2. Strong knowledge of automotive industry and skills required to provide mechanical service to our customers.
3. Commitment to providing a superior customer experience.
4. Strong knowledge and appreciation for safe work environment and completion of WHIMIS and other safety courses provided by Fountain Tire.
5. Demonstrated initiative in recognizing opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
6. Ability to maintain a valid driver's license and provide a satisfactory Driver's Abstract from province of residence on an annual basis.
7. Basic computer skills to successfully complete required learning and safety courses and achieve certification where required.
8. Ability to consistently lift 25 kilograms.

Senior Sales Consultant

Qualifications:

1.  Retail Sales and Marketing experience is an asset,
2.   Must be willing to participate in manufacturer training as required by employer,
3.   Must have valid driver's license and clean driving abstract,
4.   Must be able to drive vehicles with "manual transmissions"
5.   Knowledge of financing and/? or lease agreements an asset,
6.   Ability to work in a fast paced environment with tight time constraints,
7.   Ability to work as part of a team or independently,
8.   Ability to work comfortably with the general public,
9.   Detail orientated,
10.   Excellent customer service skills are essential,
11.   Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills are required
